12. Warranty
MeshPlusPlus Inc. and MeshPlusPlus Ltd., manufacturer of this
product, warrant this product to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and
conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date
with the exception of Lithium-ion batteries contained within
device. Lithium-ion batteries are subject to degradation from
environmental factors from chosen application for device,
therefore Lithium-ion batteries are expressly excluded from
warranty. When degraded, Lithium-ion batteries must be replaced
at customer’s expense. For non-Lithium-ion battery device
components that qualify for warranty, shipping and handling fees
are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its
option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material
or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of
equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for
shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which
will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is
subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of
purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original
dated sales receipt.
13. Return Policy
Products purchased directly from MeshPlusPlus Inc. are
returnable to the company for a full refund within 30 days of
receipt of the device (per shipper tracking info). The refund will be
processed within one week of receipt of the returned node. Return
shipping cost, and any damage incurred to devices during return,
are the responsibility of the customer.
