Socket test measurement procedure
Select the SOCKET function using the function selector switch.
Select test parameters (optional).
Connect test cable to the instrument.
Compensate the test leads resistance (if necessary, see section 5.1).
Connect test leads to the socket or connection terminals (see figure 5.35).
Press the TEST key to perform the measurement.

Displayed results:
Rln............ Resistance between L and N terminals,
Rlpe.......... Resistance between L and PE terminals,
Rnpe......... Resistance between N and PE terminals,
Rpe........... Resistance of PE conductor between socket PE terminal and PE bar in
the switchboard.
Notes:
Take care about correct termination at the switchboard side. All three test leads
are usually connected during this test, in combination with the Resistance box (A
1195).
To prevent hazardous of electric shock do not connect Resistance box (A
1195) to any active mains supply line!
