tothestarterandbattery.
•DonotleavetheignitionswitchinpositionACCor
positionON/RUN/ST ARTforalongtimewhenthe
engineisstalled,otherwiseitmayleadtobattery
overdischargeduetouseofelectricalequipmentfor
aprolongedperiodoftime.
•Anyindependentlymadekeycannotstartthecartted
withengineimmobilisersystem.
•Y ourcariscontrolledbyelectroniccontrolsystems.
Whenstartingtheengine,pleasemakesurethereare
noelectronicdevicesthatcancreateelectromagnetic
interferencenearthevehicle.Thismaycauseissues
withtheelectroniccontrolsystemsonthevehicle.
StoppingtheEngine
Stoptheengineasfollows:
1Afterbringingthecartoastop,continuetoapplythe
footbrakeuntiltheparkingbrakeisapplied;
2Applyparkingbrake;
3Forvehicleswithautomatictransmission,ensurethat
theshiftleverisinPposition.
4Forvehicleswithmanualtransmission,ensurethat
theshiftleverisinneutralposition.
5Forvehicleswithkeystart,turnthekeyfrom
ON/RUNpositiontoLOCK/OFFposition,theengine
willbeshutdownandthekeycanberemoved.
6Forkeylessstartvehicle,pressSTART/STOPbutton
toshutofftheengine.
Note:Forkeylessstartvehicle,whentheengineneeds
tobeshutoffinemergency,presstheSTART/STOP
buttonformorethan4secondstoshutofftheengine.
Note:Afterstrenuoustowingordrivingathighspeed
(particularlyinhotweather),itisrecommendedto
allowtheenginetoidleforafewminutesbefore
switchingoff,whichenablesthecoolingsystemto
workcontinuouslytolowertheenginetemperature.
