Afterthecruisecontrolsystemispaused,withthe
leverremaininginposition4,thecruisesystemcanbe
reactivatedbymovingtheleverswitchto"Resume"
position(5).Atthismoment,thetargetcruisespeedis
thetargetspeedbeforeexitingthecruisecontrolsystem.
Note:
•Neverusethecruisecontrolsysteminthereverse
gear.
•Donotusethecruisecontrolinunsuitable
conditions,suchasonslipperysurfaces,excessively
heavyrainorintrafcconditionsthatdonotsuit
maintenanceofconstantspeeds.
•Whennotinuse,ensuretheleverswitchisin'OFF'
position(7).
•Duringtheoperationofcruisecontrolsystem,the
actualspeedmaydeviatefromthetargetspeed
tosomeextentduetocontrolprecisionorroad
conditions.Generally,thedeviationiswithin±3
km/h,andmaybegreaterincaseofasteepslope.
•Iftheactualspeedisexcessivelylowerthanthe
targetspeedorSCSisactivatedduetothehill
orroadsurfaces,thecruisecontrolsystemmay
automaticallyrevertto'Standby'mode.
•Donotoperatetheswitchforexcessivelylong
periods,orpressmultipleswitchessimultaneously,
thismaycausethesystemtofail.Ifthissituation
occurs,whenitissafetodoso,cycletheignition.
