WiththeignitionswitchinpositionACC,theAUTO
lightingsystemwillbedefaultedasON(1).TheAUTO
lightingsystemwillautomaticallyswitchthesidelampsand
switchbacklightsonandoffaccordingtotheintensityof
currentambientlight.
WiththeignitionswitchedtoONposition,theAUTO
lightingsystemwillautomaticallyswitchthesidelamps,
switchbacklightsanddippedbeamsonandoffaccording
totheintensityofcurrentambientlight.
Note:Thisfunctionusesalightsensorthatmonitors
exteriorambientlightlevels.Itisttedinfrontofthe
instrumentpanelnearthewindscreen.DONOTmask
orcoverthisarea.Failuretoadheretothismayresult
inheadlampsoperatingwhennotnecessary.
SideLampandSwitchBacklights
Rotatethemasterlightswitchtoposition2toswitchon
thesidelampsandswitchbacklights.Withtheignition
switchinpositionOFF ,ifthesidelampsstayonwhenthe
driver'sdoorisopen,anaudiblealarmwillsound.
