signofdistortion(bulges),cutsorwear.

oil,greaseandfuel.
T yrePressures
Itisadvisedtochecktyrepressurespriorto
anylongjourneys.
Checkthepressuresmonthly,whenthetyresarecold.
Ifitisnecessarytocheckthetyreswhentheyarewarm,
youshouldexpectthepressurestohaveincreasedby0.3
to0.4bar(4.35to5.8psi).Inthesecircumstances,NEVER
letairoutofthetyresinordertomatchtherecommended
pressures(cold).
Valves
Keepthevalvecapsscreweddownrmly-theypreventdirt
fromenteringthevalve.Checkthevalveforleaks(listen
foratell-talehissing)whenyoucheckthetyrepressure.
PuncturedT yres
Y ourvehicleisttedwithtyreswhichmaynotleakif
penetratedbyasharpobject,providedtheobjectremains
inthetyre.Ifyouareawareofthisoccurring,reducespeed
immediatelyanddrivewithcautionuntilthenecessary
repairscanbeundertaken.
Note:Ifthesidewallofthetyreisdamagedor
distorted,replacethetyreimmediately,donot
attemptarepair.
