WarningInformation
Thevehicleinformationdisplayusestwomethodsto
conveywarninginformationtothedriver .Theseare:
•Amessageaccompaniedbyasymbol
•Aviewofthevehiclewithanopendoor ,bonnetor
boot/tailgate
Somewarningmessagesarere-enforcedbyanaudible
warning.
WarningMessagesandSymbols
T wotypesofwarningmessagesaredisplayed:
•Messagesre-enforcedbyaredoryellowsymbolandthe
illuminationofawarninglight.
•Messagessupportedbyaredoryellowsymbolonly.
Whenafaultisdetected,theappropriatewarningmessage
togetherwithasymbolwillappearinthedisplay.The
messagewilldisappearafter3seconds.Ifthewarningisnot
supportedbyawarninglight,theSystemFaultWarningwill
displayinyelloworred.Thestaticsymbolofthewarning
canbeaccessedbytheoperationofthetripcomputer
switch.Ifawarningindicatorisalsoilluminated,thiswill
remainilluminated,untilthefaultisrectied.
