reproductionmaybeimpaired.
6Distortion,interferenceandlackofsignalclarity,are
oftenattributedtoafaultintheradio.Problemsof
thiskindareusuallycausedbyatmosphericconditions,
signalstrength,hillyterrain,tallbuildings,bridgesand
evenelectricalinterferencefrompowerlines.
7WhileRDS(RadioDataSystem)automaticretuning
easesthisproblem,somemanualretuningmaystillbe
needed(especiallyforlocalstations)inareasofweak
reception.
