Rotatetheswitch(5)tovarytheintermittenttimeof
wiperoperation.Intermittentoperationtimeofwipers
willalsobeamendedaccordingtoroadspeed-increased
roadspeedwillreduceintermittentoperationtime.
NormalSpeedWipe
Pushthelever(2)uptoselectthenormalspeedwipe,
wiperswillwipeatnormalspeed.Iftheroadspeeddrops
below8km/hwhilethewipersareoperating,theywill
slowtothenextslowestoperatingmode;i.e.fastwipe
tonormalwipe,normalwipetointermittent.Thisfacility
canbemanuallyoverriddenbychangingthewipesetting.
FastSpeedWipe
Pushthelever(3)uptoselectthefastspeedwipe,wipers
willwipeathighspeed.Iftheroadspeeddropsbelow8
km/hwhilethewipersareoperating,theywillslowtothe
nextslowestoperatingmode;i.e.fastwipetonormalwipe,
normalwipetointermittent.Thisfacilitycanbemanually
overriddenbychangingthewipesetting.
SingleWipe
Pullthelever(4)downandrelease,wiperswillwipeonce.
Iftheleverishelddown,thewiperswilloperateathigh
speeduntiltheleverisreleased.
ProgrammedWashWipe
Pullthelever(6)towardsthesteeringwheel-thewashers
operateimmediately.Afterashortdelay,thewiperswill
commenceoperatinginconjunctionwiththewashers,
bothfunctionscontinuinguntiltheleverisreleased.The
programmedwashwipefunctioncanbedisabled;referto
section‘ProgWashWipe’of‘MainMenu’intheChapter
‘MessageCentre’.
