Safety level cannot be
adjusted.

Put terminal out of housing and check wiring
of the safety key (see wiring diagram)!
Squeegee does not
toggle at squeegee
carriage movement.
Squeegee pressure too low.
Adjust pressure control at print station!
No air pressure at print
station.
Lower pressure stop cock active or tube
snapped off.
Check wiring between station PCB and
squeegee valve (see wiring diagram)!
Unlock screens does
not work.
Wrong low pressure
adjustment.
Check adjustment of precision pressure
regulator.
Check wiring between station PCB, Bus-
PCB and squeegee valve (see wiring
diagram)!
Supply cable of tablet is not
connected.
Connect the supply cable with the tablet.

Wrong adjustment of lower pressure

Emergency stop circuit interrupted.
Emergency stop button has been pressed.
Safety barrier has been opened.
“Control ON/OFF” is off.
Reset button has not been pressed.
Air pressure too low.
Pressure hose disconnected.
Pressure adjustment too low.
Supply pipe pressure too low.
Error motor control. Check display of motor controller.

Error at Station: Dryer finish signal not received.
Error-code will be displayed at the station.
