Configuring the
network
The Ethernet connection is configured in the Networkmenu. The net-
work can be configured on the machine display or using the web in-
terface. Before the machine is connected for the first time, e.g., to a
network printer, the network must be configured on the machine dis-
play. To set the printer up in the web interface, see the programming
manual.
You will receive the information required for configuring the network
from your network administrator.
 Press the Networkbutton.
The network configuration parameters are displayed. The buttons
next to the parameters open the on-screen keyboard.
 Enter the required values for each parameter and press OK to con-
firm.
Use the IP Address or the Host name to address the machine in the
network.
