Outputting the Settings List [LIST]
This can be used as a record by the customer or for faxing when inquiring about maintenance.

Load A4 size leaf sheets orientated in portrait mode, and replace the tool with a pen.

Press the [FUNCTION] key in local mode.

Use to select [LIST], then press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.
• The settings list is output.
• Pressing the [END] key aborts the list output.
Output cannot be resumed from where it was aborted.
• The list output cannot be edited directly on a computer.
• When loading A4 size paper, align the edges of the pinch rollers with the edges of the paper.

• The list cannot be output if the rotation function has been enabled.
"Error 901: Operation" will be displayed in such cases.
Disable the rotation function before outputting the list.
