9.2 Repetition Accuracy Conditions

Plotter status
• Using dedicated roll-placing table
• Clamping pressure: High
l
Sheet loading status
• Sheet side margin: 20 mm or more
• Sheet front status: No warping or lifting
• Sheet is not detached from backing sheet (air bubbles inside) due to sheet folding
• Sheet is correctly loaded according to sheet detection
• No debris or foreign matter on sheet (Use of sheet basket recommended: Sheet basket is an option)
• Length of sheet to be used has been pulled out using sheet feed when using roll sheet
• No loose winding when using roll sheet (No steps on left/right ends)

Cutting speed
• 40 cm/s or less (when using cutter provided)

Cutting data
• Maintenance test pattern (5 continuous return cycles in long direction)

Sheet type
• 3M Scotchcal Series 7725
• LINTEC Viewcal900 Series
