8.3 Scan Problems
1) The light does not recognize the barcode or card:
A. Reset the scanner;
B. Use the corresponding output mode;
C. Restart the device;
D. Confirm whether the barcode is damaged;
E. Confirm whether it is in the correct scanning range and distance;
F. Confirm whether the barcode is a type of barcode that can be recognized by the device.
2) No light or abnormal light:
A. Reset the scan head or restore the device to factory settings;
B. Clean the scanning window;
Precautions:
1) Do not look directly at the laser to avoid eye damage;
2) Please keep the scanning window clean and free of dirt;
3) Avoid bumping the scanning head.
8.4 Wi-Fi Connection Problems
1) Check the network signal strength (more than 2 bars are strong enough);
2) First check whether the encryption method is correct, that is, check whether the encryption
method of the handheld device and the local network is consistent;
3) Check whether the password is correct;
4) Check whether the network is working;
5) Cancel the network and then reconnect (double-click the network and click Cancel Save to delete
the password);
Precautions:
1) While using Wi-Fi, some obstacles (walls, metal and glass doors and windows, etc.) will weaken
the Wi-Fi signal;
2) If the router is carrying data excessed its capacity, it will cause disconnection or failure to connect;
3) Broadcast storm and network viruses can also affect Wi-Fi.
8.5 SIM Card & Mobile Data Problems
1) Check the local signal strength;
2) Check whether the SIM card is installed correctly; (note to distinguish it from the SAM card)
3) Check whether the SIM card is in arrears, whether the Internet access function is enabled, and
whether the SIM card is damaged (insert the SIM into a mobile phone to test whether it is damaged or in
arrears);
4) Check whether the access point is set correctly;
5) Check whether the mobile data port is on;
6) Restart the device.
