8.6 Photograph Problems
1) No display: Please check whether the camera lens is blocked; restart the device or flash the
machine to eliminate the problem caused by the software;
2) Blurred photos: Check whether the lens is dirty, clean the lens and whether the focus function is
turned off, and appropriately adjust the distance and angle while photographing.
8.7 NFC Problems
1) Check whether the NFC card is placed in the swiping area;
2) The best card reading distance is within 5cm, and do not read the card too fast (because the RF
card needs a stable field strength power supply during the power-on reading and writing process,
otherwise it is easy to fail);
3) Whether there are two or more NFC cards near the card reading area at the same time;
4) Whether the battery power is too low. If the power is lower than 10%, the reading may fail.
9 Appendix: Battery Maintenance Tips
To maximize your battery life, please follow these recommendations:
1) Reduce the number of times of charging and discharging the battery. Try to charge when the
system prompts the battery is low; prevent excessive discharge in daily use. When the system prompts
that the battery is low, charge it immediately. Excessive discharge will seriously damage battery life.
2) Prevent overcharging in daily use. Stop charging when the battery level reaches more than 99%
while charging. While using the cradle charger, please calculate the charging time, the general charging
time is 3-4 hours; prevent putting the fully charged battery into the charger again. Overcharging can
seriously damage battery life.
3) Fully charge and discharge the battery when using a new battery and every 3 months.
4) When the battery will not be used for a long time, please take it out of the device and keep the
battery at about 50%.
