(15)High-speed interrupt function
The high-speed interrupt function performs the following operations.
The processing time of each operation is as follows.
(a) Waiting time
For the waiting time before a high-speed interrupt starts, refer to Page 228, Section 3.21.3 (1).
(b) High-speed interrupt start
For the overhead time at the startup of a high-speed interrupt, refer to Page 471, Appendix 3.2 (3) (a).
(c) Input (X)
The processing time listed in the following table is required.
