11.4.2 Extension A/D converter module
(1) When the RUN LED flashes
(2) When the RUN LED does not turn on
Check item Action
Is the external power supply (24VDC) wired? Carry out the wiring of the external power supply (24VDC).
Is the external power supply (24VDC) supplied? Supply the external power supply (24VDC).
Does the voltage of the external power supply (24VDC) conform to
the specified range?
Adjust the voltage value to conform to the range of performance specifications.
Check item Action
Does the main analog module operate in offset/gain setting mode or
unit test mode?
If the drive mode of the main analog module is offset/gain setting mode or unit test
mode, change the drive mode to another one.
Is the extension A/D converter module properly connected to the main
analog module?
If not connected, connect the extension A/D converter module to the main analog
module.
If properly connected, refer to the following to verify the connection between the
main analog module and the extension A/D converter module: ( Page 53,
Section 6.3.1)
If the RUN LED does not turn on even after the module power supply is turned from
off to on, the hardware failure is a possible cause. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
Has a hardware failure occurred in the main analog module or the
extension A/D converter module?
Turn off and on the power supply of the main analog module and the extension A/D
converter module.
Replace either of the main analog module and the extension A/D converter module
with another module.
If this error persists, the hardware failure is a possible cause. Please consult your
local Mitsubishi representative.
