8.3 Each Function in the Sequence
An analog input value and digital operation value are processed by the functions in the order shown below. If multiple
functions are enabled, the output of the first-processed function is used as the input of the next function.
(1) Digital operation value
Digital values after sampling processing or averaging processing have been performed are called digital output
values.
The values obtained by operating the digital output value using the digital clipping function, scaling function, shift
function, or difference conversion function are stored.
(2) Maximum and minimum values
The maximum and minimum values of the digital operation values are stored.
