Appendix 5 Accuracy of A/D Conversion
Accuracy of A/D conversion is the accuracy for the maximum value of digital output value.
An input characteristic change caused by changing the offset/gain setting and the input range does not sacrifice the
accuracy, which is maintained within the described range of the performance specifications.
The following graph shows the fluctuation range of accuracy with the range of -10 to 10V selected.
The accuracy of digital output is ±0.1% (±16 digits) at an ambient temperature of 25±5; ±0.2% (±32 digits) at an
ambient temperature of 0 to 55 (except for the conditions under noise influence).
