Appendix 1 Details of Remote I/O Signals
This section describes the details of remote I/O signals assigned to the master/local module.
The described assignment of device numbers assumes that the remote I/O signals of A/D converter modules are
assigned as follows:
Appendix 1.1 Remote input signals
(1) Warning flag
At the occurrence of a minor error, Warning flag (RX7) turns on.
Eliminating the cause of the minor error occurred and waiting for five seconds results in Latest warning code
(RWr1) turning to 0000H and Warning flag (RX7) turning off.
