Model code for I/O module is stored.
Device version
0001H (fixed) (device version for I/O module) is stored.
Module information
Operating status of I/O module is stored.

I/O control status of I/O module is stored.
■bit1 to bit15 (use prohibited)
Use of this area is prohibited.
Error code
An error code is stored when an I/O module specific error occurs.
