*2. Press and hold the [MODE] key slowly to switch to the Parameter Setup
mode.

If data input/output is not performed properly, there is a possibility of an error
in communication setup. Check the settings of this instrument and the
connected device.
For detailed information about the RS-232 output command, refer to section
4.2.
If any of the above errors occurs during function lock, press and hold the
[DATA/Fn] key for 2 seconds or more to cancel the function lock, and then perform
the error clear processing.
