The 670 instrument can display the pressure reading in Torr, mmHg, mbar, Pa, kPa, psi, inHg,

O, % Full Scale, ppm, and mTorr. Use the Adjust knob to scroll through the
pressure units. This entry determines the units used for the pressure reading shown on the
display and reported through remote communications.

ressure transducer is calibrated in units other than Torr,

ou must
select the pressure unit used to calibrate the transducer
before
you select
the sensor range and calibrate the full scale voltage. Once the full scale
volta

e is calibrated,
