Chapter 10 Scanner Emulation Interface
Introduction
This chapter provides information for setting up the scanner with a Scanner Emulation host. Use this mode when
you need Scanner Emulation communication. When using Scanner Emulation, the scanner connects either to an
external decoder or to a decoder integrated in a portable terminal or Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal.
Throughout the programming bar code menus, asterisks (
*) indicate default values.
