8. Refer to the illustrations below and check the printing result.
9. Sets up Micro Adjustment Change.
a. Press the [+] key or [-] key on Operation panel to select “PF Adjust: Micro Change”.
b. Press the [Enter] key on Operation panel.
• “Micro: 0 pulse” is displayed on Operation panel.
c. Press the [+] key or [-] key on Operation panel and enter the micro adjustment value according
to the printing result in Step 7.
The optimum adjusted value has the least white lines or overlapping images. Use the number on
the top left of the printing result as the adjusted value. ± 0 indicates the current status. For the
illustration in the step 7, +1 is the optimum adjusted value.
d. Press the [Enter] key on Operation panel.
• The micro adjustment value is saved.
• “PF5: Micro Change is displayed on Operation panel.
10. Press the [Menu] key on Operation panel.
• Operation panel returns to the Normal condition.
• This completes the media feed compensation value adjustment.
