5.1.5 Replacing Flushing Box Sponges
This section explains when and how to replace Flushing box sponges.
（1）Replacement time
Flushing box sponges are included in the ink cartridge K (Model number: RJ9-INK BK）.
Replace Flushing box sponges when replacing the ink cartridge K.
（2）Type
Flushing box sponges are included in the following ink cartridges.
（3）Replacing steps
Follow the steps below to replace Flushing-box sponges.
• During this operation, wear the gloves that comes with the ink cartridge K.
1. Replace the ink cartridge K.

2. Press the [Menu] key on Operation panel.
• Operation panel shifts to the Setup menu display.
