SECTION 13: MALFUNCTION WITHOUT AN ERROR CODE
In some cases, it is technically impossible to display a malfuncon by an Error number. For this reason the list shown below contains
some probable causes as well as the correcve acon to be taken.
Table 28
Erroneous Behavior
Analysis Possible Causes Remedy
Drive unit fails to react:
X No automac opening
X No acvaon from
sensors, Power/Mode
Switch buons or Mode
buons on side cover.
X Program selecon keys on the side cover
are OFF
X LED 5 V (green) on the control is OFF
Power supply voltage
is missing
X Go to the side Cover. Turn the
main installaon ON
X Measure the main supply voltage,
check the cabling. Eliminate any
detected deciences
X If the two above remedies are not
successful, the Control Unit must
be replaced
Drive unit fails to open X LED SE (Safety Sensor, yellow) is ON
X Determine which safety sensor is acve
via the diagnosc level
One or more Safety
Sensors are acve or
incorrectly cabled
X Remove the obstacle
X Check the cabling between the
Safety Sensor and the control
unit. Eliminate any detected
deciencies
X Replace the Safety Sensor
Prior to commissioning:
During manual opening,
the Door panel encounters
an resistance and closes at
high speed
The motor connector
plug is not correctly
connected
X Plug the motor connector
plug into the correct socket in
accordance with applicaon
(pulling/pushing funcon).
