SECTION 13: MALFUNCTION WITHOUT AN ERROR CODE
In some cases, it is technically impossible to display a malfuncon by an Error number. For this reason the list shown below contains
some probable causes as well as the correcve acon to be taken.

Erroneous Behavior
Analysis Possible Causes Remedy
Drive unit fails to react:
X No automac opening
X No acvaon from
sensors, Power/Mode
Switch buons or Mode
buons on side cover.
X Program selecon keys on the side cover
are OFF
X LED 5 V (green) on the control is OFF
Power supply voltage
is missing
X Go to the side Cover. Turn the
main installaon ON
X Measure the main supply voltage,
check the cabling. Eliminate any
detected deciences
X If the two above remedies are not
successful, the Control Unit must
be replaced
Drive unit fails to open X LED SE (Safety Sensor, yellow) is ON
X Determine which safety sensor is acve
via the diagnosc level
One or more Safety
Sensors are acve or
incorrectly cabled
X Remove the obstacle
X Check the cabling between the
Safety Sensor and the control
unit. Eliminate any detected
deciencies
X Replace the Safety Sensor
Prior to commissioning:
During manual opening,
the Door panel encounters
an resistance and closes at
high speed
The motor connector
plug is not correctly
connected
X Plug the motor connector
plug into the correct socket in
accordance with applicaon
(pulling/pushing funcon).
