Erroneous Behavior
Analysis Possible Causes Remedy
Drive Unit fails to open X LED SE (Safety Sensor, yellow) is OFF
X LED OE (opening command, blue) reacts
to the Acvaon Sensor
X Determine the Acvaon Sensor via the
diagnosc level

A soware update of the GT20 control unit can be quickly and easily achieved with a USB ash drive.
Note: Not all USB ash drives can be used. It is recommended to test your ash drive on a test bench GT20 before using it on a
customer’s product
