BYPASSING USING THE ZONE DIRECTORY
Bypassing using the Zone Directory allows you to scroll through a list of all zones in your system and manually select which
zone to bypass. These "faulted" zone(s), may be temporarily removed from the system ("bypassed"). Warning: Bypassed
zones are unprotected--have the system checked and repaired as soon as possible.

Press the MENU button until the LCD window reads
"DISPLAY ZN DIRECTORY Y/N".

Press YES. The Zone Directory will display, starting with
zone 1. Press NEXT to scroll up and press PRIOR to scroll
down through the list of zones. When the zone you wish to by-
pass appears on the LCD window, press BYPASS and the By-
pass icon will appear for each bypassed zone listed.

With the selected perimeter zone now bypassed, you can now proceed with either arming Stay or
Away, as desired. Press C, allowing the LCD window display the BYPASS icon and to read
"SYSTEM READY". Then press P or Q to arm the system with the faulted zone(s) by-
passed.
Display ZONE directory,
Press YES to select or
NO to skip.
Press down arrow to
scroll through zone list
and press bypass to
select zone to bypass.
