Wolf Steel Ltd. recommends photographs of the various stages of construcƟon be Įled along with a copy of this completed form.
Fireplace InstallaƟon
Is the Įreplace level and secured?

Are the factory supplied non-combusƟble materials installed?
Is the exterior wall insulated and dry-walled?
Are the clearances to combusƟbles maintained?
Are the logs/media installed as instructed?
Are the accessories installed as instructed?
Is the glass door properly sealed and unobstructed?
Is the safety barrier installed and secure?
Are all required accessories installed (i.e. door trims)?

Is the venƟng conĮguraƟon within the parameters?
Has the venƟng been sealed with the appropriate sealant?
Is the venƟng supported and secured?
Are all clearances to combusƟbles maintained?

Was the appropriate supply pressure veriĮed?

Is the 110 VAC supply connecƟon to the Įreplace compliant?
Are all electrical wires protected from damage?
Finishing
Non-combusƟble materials used as per instrucƟons?
Enclosure instrucƟons forwarded to builder/Įnisher?
Minimum enclosure dimensions compliant?
CombusƟble Mantle Clearances compliant?
Commissioning
