Setup:
Adjust the seat height so handles are with mid-chest and allowing your
forehead to rest comfortably on the pad. Select desired resistance by
turning main weight selection knob and add-on weight lever. Sit with
your chest up, shoulders back and grip the handles, keeping the elbows
slightly bent.
Performing the Exercise:
Perform the neck extension by placing the back of your head on the
pad and pushing the head pad back. To perform the neck flexion,
turn around to face inward and place your forehead on the pad. Push
forward on the head pad. To perform left or right lateral flexion, position
your body with your matching left or right arm over the back pad with
your side temple on the head pad. Then push left or right.
