Setup:
Adjust the seat height to to position chest pad on sternum. Adjust the
chest pad so that fingertips just touch the handles while seated. Select
the desired resistance by turning the main weight selection knob and the
add on weight lever. Grip the handles and position body with head and
chest up. Place feet firmly on the foot pads.
NOTE: Raise elbows to focus primarily on the Posterior Deltoid and
upper back muscles. Lower elbows to focus primarily on the Latissimus
Dorsi and middle back muscles.
Performing the Exercise:
Press feet firmly on the footpads to prevent excessive pressure from
the chest pad. With a controlled motion, draw back the arms as far as
can be controlled. Return the handles to the start position. Repeat the
motion, while maintaining proper body position.
