In the event that a ONE weight engine requires a field installation or retrofit to include a
Range of Motion Limiter (RL), the specific cam for the RL will need to be replaced and all the
parts that make up the RL will need to be installed. For a complete part list see CSB #637-
8646 on the support site.
The frame bearing flange assembly that connects the cams to the frame are the same with or
without the RL, so they may be reused if not damaged, but are included in the parts list.
Instructions use a 250 lb stack for illustration, but the procedure is identical on all ONE en-
gines.
PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the weight engine from the
machine and set aside
Caution: weight engines and
machines require 2 people to move.
2. Remove side and rear shrouds.

3. Loosen the two set screws on the
bearing flange (yellow).
4. Loosen then remove the cam belt bolts
and the cam belt (blue).
Caution: support cam and axle
while removing
