Setup:
Adjust seat height so that when gripping handles they are about chest
high. Adjust thigh pads down to top of thighs. Select desired resistance
by turning the main weight selection knob and the add-on weight lever.
Performing the Exercise:
With hands placed in center of grips push downward and rearward
until elbow is fully extended. Hold the handle briefly in the contracted
position then slowly return arm to the start position.
