Setup:
Adjust the seat to a rotation of up to 80°. Select the desired resistance
by turning the main weight selection knob and the add on weight lever.
Grip either set of handles. Position your arms behind the upper body
movement arms.
Performing the Exercise:
Keep your torso erect with your chest up, twist in a clockwise rotation to
engage your internal and external obliques. Repeat on counterclockwise
rotation by adjusting the range to the opposite side.
