indicates staging is successful
o No: If e*SmartClock application screen does
not appear. It indicates staging is failed
e*SmartClock is connected to
“Connection to ISP was found” text should
show on the screen, it indicates device is
connected to ISP Server
o No: if does not then a red text “Connection to
ISP was not found” should be shown on the
device screen, it indicate device is failed to
connect BOS Server

o No: A text alert in red “The Clock does not
have any employee data” is shown on top of
screen
Biometric reader working?
lights
o No: If blue light does not flash on biometric
reader it indicates that it is not working or may
not be plugged in properly
