SECTION 9 LOW BATTERY INDICATOR
9.1 Low Battery
The handset has visual and audible indicators to warn of a low battery condition.
In Standby Mode
The Battery Status icon in the LCD changes to battery low.
The “Charge Battery” message blinks on the LCD (ON: 600msec, OFF:
600msec).
In Talk Mode
The Battery Status icon in the LCD changes to battery low.
The Handset remains in Talk Mode and the battery low alert tone is emitted every
30 seconds.
In Other Mode (Excluding Standby Mode and Talk Mode)
The Battery Status icon in the LCD changes to battery low.
9.2 Battery Status
The LCD shows the battery charge status according to the remainder capacity of
the battery.
When you receive the low battery indication, return the handset to the charger unit
for charging.
