3-10 Installation
The following table indicates what occurs and the action to be taken during a call
or in Standby Mode when low battery indication is displayed.
SECTION 10 CLEANING THE BATTERY CHARGING CONTACTS
To maintain a good charge, it is important to clean all charging contacts on the
handset and charging unit about once a month. Use a pencil eraser or other contact
cleaner. Do not use liquids or solvents.
On a Call In Standby Mode
What occurs when Battery icon message blinks:
Handset beeps once every 30 seconds Charge Battery message blinks
Action:
Complete the call as quickly as possible Return the handset to the charger unit.
Return to charger.
