2. Assign VM8000 InMail as the overflow (no answer) destination.
22-08-01 DIL/IRG No Answer Destination
For each trunk assigned as a DIL above, enter the VM8000 InMail
Department Group pilot number to make VM8000 InMail the overflow (no
answer) destination.
By default, the overflow (no answer) destination is Incoming Ring Group 1.
3. Set the interval after which unanswered calls should route to the overflow
destination.
22-01-04 DIL No Answer Recall Time
Enter the interval after which unanswered calls should overflow to the
programmed overflow (no answer) destination.
By default, this interval is 0 (no overflow).
Programming Incoming Ring Group Overflow
1. Set up the Incoming Ring Group trunks.
22-02-01 Incoming Call Trunk Setup
Assign Service Type 0 (Normal) to each Incoming Ring Group trunk. Make
a separate entry for each Night Service mode.
By default, trunks are Service Type 0 (Normal).
2. Assign VM8000 InMail as the overflow (no answer) destination.
22-08-01 DIL/IRG No Answer Destination
For each trunk assigned as an Incoming Ring Group trunk above, enter the
VM8000 InMail Department Group pilot number to make VM8000 InMail the
overflow (no answer) destination.
By default, the overflow (no answer) destination is Incoming Ring Group 1.
