E029 An In 2 Current
A current loss was detected in T4 analog input 2 and the input type is set to 4-20 mA Error (6). Loss of input is detected if
the current falls below 3 mA.
Recommended actions:
• Check control wiring is correct
• Check control wiring is undamaged
• Check T4 Analog Input 2 Type (P6.02)
• Check the current signal is present and greater than 3 mA
E030 Watchdog Timeout
Once the control word has been enabled, it must continue to be written to at least once a second to prevent a Watchdog
Timeout error from being generated.
E032 Supply Phase
The drive has detected a supply phase loss or large supply imbalance.
Recommended actions:
• Check the A.C. supply voltage balance and level at full load
• Check the output current stability
• Reduce the duty cycle
• Reduce the motor load
E033 Motor Resistance
The auto-tune test to measure the motor stator resistance has failed because the output current failed to rise to the correct
level to produce an accurate measurement.
Recommended actions:
• Check the motor cable / connections
• Check the integrity of the motor stator windings using an insulation tester
• Check the motor phase to phase resistance at the drive terminals
• Check the motor phase to phase resistance at the motor terminals
• Select fixed boost mode in Motor Control Mode (P3.05) and verify the output current waveforms with an oscilloscope
• Replace the motor
E034 Remote Keypad
A remote keypad has been removed whilst the RUN and STOP buttons have been configured to Run/Stop the drive.
Recommended Actions:
• Check cable connection
E035 Control Word
Bit 12 (Control Word Error) in Binary Control Word (P4.18) has been set to 1 whilst the control word is enabled (bit 15 = 1).
E036 User Save
The user-save parameters have been corrupted.
Recommended actions:
• Restore Factory Defaults (P4.01)
E037 Power Down Save
The power down save parameters have been corrupted.
Recommended actions:
• Restore Factory Defaults (P4.01)
E093 Inter-Processor
Communication between the control board processor and the power stage processor has been lost. This can be caused by
extreme levels of noise on the system, follow guidance in section 4.7 Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
E098 Motor Phase
Motor Output Phase Loss Detection (P4.15) is enabled and a motor phase loss has been detected.
Recommended actions:
• Check motor and drive connections
• Check cable integrity
E099 Save Blocked
A save has been triggered while Marshal is attempting to communicate with the drive.
Recommended actions:
• Save parameter settings using Save Parameters (P4.19)
