Adjust the direction of the camera and secure the camera using the set-screw of the
vertical tube of the trinocular eyepiece tube.
4.14 Setting the Dip switch on the L200ND/L200N main body
The following shows the default settings and functions of the “S1” Dip switch on the board
attached to the rear panel of the L200ND/L200N main body.
Be sure to restart the L200ND/L200N main body after changing the setting.
# Function Default setting
1 Operation mode
ON: Continuous operation mode
OFF: Normal operation mode
2 Not-used (Set to OFF)
3 Dark-field, brightness of halogen lamp under fluorescent
observation
ON: Maximizes function regardless of level of
brightness control dial setting
OFF: Follows brightness control dial setting
4 Controls rotation of motorized nosepiece from “1” to “6”
ON: Rotation available
OFF: Rotation unavailable
5 Dark-field, antiglare function under fluorescent
observation
ON: Disabled (Rotation starts after the lamp is turned
OFF.)
OFF: Enabled (Rotation starts 0.3 sec after the lamp is
turned OFF.)
6 Enables/disable parallel I/O interface
(Available when parallel I/O interface is equipped only)
ON: Enabled
OFF: Disabled
OFF
