• Menu (to access the menu)

(to mute the phone’s
microphone)
• Swap (to switch between the active
call and the call on hold).
• Transfer (to connect the active
call and the call on hold and to
disconnect yourself from the calls).
Call waiting
This network service allows you to
answer an incoming call while you have
a call in progress if you have activated
the menu function Call waiting
service (Menu 4-2-4).

Press Answer or . The first call
is put on hold.

To switch between the two calls,
press Swap or .

To end the active call, press , (or
to end both calls at the same time,
press Options, roll to End all
calls and press OK.)
Tip:
If you do not want to
answer the call, you can ignore it
or reject it. To reject the call,
press Options, then roll to
Reject and press OK.
If you have activated the call divert
Divert if busy, a rejected call will
also be diverted (see page 30).
Call holding
This network service allows you to
make another call while you have a call
in progress.

Key in the phone number and press
. The first call is put on hold.
Alternatively, press
Hold
and then
make the second call.

To switch between the two calls,
press Swap or .

To end the active call, press .
Tip:
You can also mute the line
for a while. Press Options, roll
with
Navi Roller
to Mute. When
you want to resume the muted
call, press Unmute.
Making a conference
call
This network service allows up to six
persons take part in a conference call.

Make a call to the first participant.

Press Options and roll to New
call and press
Navi Roller
. Make
the call to the second participant.
The first call is put on hold.

To join the first participant in the
conference call, press Options,
choose Conference and press
Navi Roller
.

To add a new person to the call,
repeat the steps 2 and 3.
