4. Personalising your phone
Profiles (Menu 3)
Within the Profiles menu, you can
adjust and customise the phone tones
for different events, environments and
caller groups.
Activating a user profile

Press once (in the standby mode)
to access the list of profiles.
2 Roll with Navi Roller to the profile
you want to activate and press
Navi
Roller
.
To access the list of profiles through
the menu, press Menu, then roll to
Profiles and press
Navi Roller
.
Pressing General
activates the default profile
General.
Tip: In the default settings of
Silent, the phone is set
not to ring at an incoming
call.
Personalising a user
profile

Press Menu, then roll to Profiles
and press
Navi Roller
(or press
once in the standby mode).

Roll to one of the following profiles
and press Options: General,
Silent, Meeting, Outdoor,
Pager, Car

, Headset

Note that selecting option Switch
off! turns off the phone.

Select Personalise and press
OK.
Note that when the phone is
connected to the headset (HDC-9P),
only the setting Personalise is
available.

Roll to the setting you want to
customise (for example, Ringing
tone
) and press
Navi Roller

“Profile settings”.

Roll to the desired option and press
OK.
