Clock (Menu 4-1-2)
The phone is provided with a clock.
Within the Clock menu (4-1-2). you
can set the phone to show the clock, set
the time and choose whether the clock
uses the 12-hour or 24-hour format.
When the phone is set to show the
clock, the current time is shown in the
top right of the display when the phone
is in the standby mode.
The clock also serves the following
functions: Messages (Menu 1), Call
register (Menu 2), Alarm clock (Menu
4-1-1) and Calendar (Menu 8).
Note: If the battery is removed
from the phone for a long time,
you may need to set the time
again.
Alarm clock (Menu 4-1-1)
You can set the phone to alarm at a
specified time within the Alarm
clock menu (menu 4-1-1). To quickly
access the this submenu, press Menu,
then roll to Settings and press
Alarm.
The alarm clock uses the time format
set for the clock: 12-hour or 24-hour
format. In the standby mode, the
indicator in the header line shows that
the alarm is set to on. You can switch
the phone off and the alarm clock will
still work.
When the alarm time expires
The phone sounds an alert tone and the
text ALARM! is shown and the phone’s
lights are flashing.
Press Stop to stop the alarm. If you let
the phone alarm for a minute or press
Snooze, the alarm stops for a few
minutes and then resumes.
Note:
If the alarm time expires
while the phone is switched off,
the phone starts alerting. If you
press Stop, the phone asks
whether you want to activate
the phone for calls. Press Yes to
register or No to keep the phone
switched off. Do not switch on
the phone when wireless phone
use is prohibited or when it may
cause interference or danger.
