Pressing and holding
Navi Roller
at
a highlighted name makes a call to
the default number, if there is more
than one number stored under the
name. To make a call to other than
the default number, roll with Navi
Roller to the desired number and
press or press and hold Navi
Roller.
Quick Find: Press Navi Roller
once in the standby mode, then
roll to the desired name. This can
be done if the Roller menu
shortcut is set to access the list
of names. See pages 34 and 73
for details.
Calling service numbers
Using this function you can easily call
any of the service numbers your service
provider may have stored in your SIM
card. This function is not displayed if
there are no service numbers stored in
your SIM card.
1 Press Names and roll to Service
numbers and press Navi Roller.
2 Roll to the desired service number,
press to call the number.
Speed dialling
Assigning a phone number to a
speed dial key
You can set any of the numbers keys
- to work as a speed dialling
key. To do this you need to assign a
phone number to a number key.
1 Press Names, then roll to Speed
dials and press Navi Roller.
2 Roll to the desired speed dial key (2
to 9), and press Assign.
3 Press Search, then roll to the
desired name and press Navi Roller.
4 Press Navi Roller to assign the
highlighted number.
After assigning a number to a speed
dial key, you can call, view or change
the number or undo the speed dial.
Making a call by using the speed
dialling keys
When a phone number is assigned to
one of the speed dialling keys ( to
), you can call the phone number in
either of the following two ways:
• Press the corresponding speed
dialling key and press .
