11. Settings (Menu 4)
Within the Settings menu you can
change a number of settings related to
the phones functions and security.
Time settings (Menu 4-1)
See Alarm clock (Menu 4-1-1) on
page 63.

Call settings (Menu 4-2)
Anykey answer (Menu 4-2-1)
When this function is set to on, you can
answer an incoming call by pressing
any key briefly, except and .
Automatic redial (Menu 4-2-2)
When the Automatic Redial function is
set to on, your phone will make as many
as ten attempts to connect the call
after an unsuccessful call attempt.
Speed dialling (Menu 4-2-3)
When the Speed dialling function
is set to on, the names and phone
numbers assigned to the speed dial keys
to can be dialled by pressing
and holding the corresponding number
key. See Speed dialling on page 50.
Call waiting service
(Menu 4-2-4)
When this network service is activated,
the network will notify you of a new
incoming call while you have a call in
progress. See Call waiting on page 27.
Line for outgoing calls
(Menu 4-2-5)
The SIM card may be used with two
subscriber numbers i.e. two phone lines.
However, this is a network service and
the function is only available if your
SIM card supports it.
Within this menu, you can select the
desired line for making calls. However,
calls on both lines can be answered
disregarding the selected line.
If you select line 2 and have not
subscribed to this network service, you
will not be able to make calls. You can
