Configuring Software to Use Hardware
Acceleration
Use Nokia Network Voyager to configure virtual private network (VPN)
tunnels to use hardware acceleration. This step is necessary to use Nokia
encryption acceleration on EM5400 appliances.
To enable encryption acceleration for a Check Point VPN
1. Access Nokia Network Voyager.
2. On the Network Voyager home page, click Security and Access
Configuration.
3. Click Cryptographic Hardware Acceleration.
4. At Hardware Device Configuration, click On.
Click Apply to enable encryption acceleration.
