Mobile System Components
Mobile systems include:
S Encore LT manual controller
S Encore LT manual spray gun
S Encore Generation II powder feed pump
S Encore pump pickup tube
S One of the following, based on system version:
S Vibratory table and motor − fluidizes a 25- or 50-lb box of powder
S 50-lb Encore round feed hopper − fluidizes powder with low-pressure
compressed air
S 11-mm powder hose, air tubing, spiral wrap, Velcro straps
The components are mounted on a sturdy two-wheeled dolly.
Rail-Mount System Components
Rail-mount systems include:
S Encore LT manual controller
S Encore LT manual spray gun
S Encore Generation II powder feed pump
S Pump adapter kit and coupling for use on HR/NHR feed hoppers
S Rail-mount bracket kit
S Grounding kit
S 11-mm powder hose, air tubing, spiral wrap, Velcro straps
S Air filter kit
NOTE: Powder can be also be supplied from an Encore in-line pump
mounted in a feed center.

Wall-mount systems include a
