Troubleshooting
Problem Reason Solution
The rechargeable
batteries aren’t
inserted properly.
Remove the
rechargeable
batteries and insert
them respecting the
correct polarity.
Unable to power the
camera on.
The rechargeable
batteries are empty.
Replace the batteries
or recharge them.
The flash is still
charging (power
indicator blinking fast).
Wait until the flash
has been charged.
The memory is full. Insert an empty
memory card or
delete some
recordings.
The memory card isn’t
properly formatted.
Format the memory
card or try with a
different memory
card.
The camera does not
record any pictures.
The maximum number
of files (9999) has
been exceeded).
Reset the file
number.
The flash does not
fire.
The flash is disabled. Enable the flash or
select a programme
with flash.
