CHAPTER 6 – COMMANDS AND USE
6.3.7. "PYROLYSIS" screen
The "Pyrolysis" function is activated when you enter the setting.
It brings the oven temperature to 400°C; once reached this temperature a timer starts by 20 minutes.
When the countdown is over, the oven automatically turns off.

Temperature
It indicates the current temperature of the oven.

Pyrolysis Timer
It indicates the duration of the pyrolysis.
The timer will start counting down as soon as the temperature reaches
400° C.

OFF
It turns off the oven.

It allows to return to the "main screen" by canceling the pyrolysis
function.
